That’s why I've set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through my door has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. NEED TO CANCEL?
What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to arrange a better slot for you. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we will have to charge a cancellation fee.
RUNNING LATE?
Be Considerate
Natasha eaton hair and beauty runs on a 1:1 basis with no waiting room. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting me know), I can’t guarantee i'll be able to give you the allocated time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.
